Membership in Sapphire Beach Vacation Club

The idea of a club grew from renters who wanted to return to Sapphire Beach. They wanted to enjoy the same week each year.

LEVELS
(These are one-time charges!)
There are 3 levels of membership:

1:  From December 22 to April 30, each year:  $12,000 per week
2:  From May 1 to July 31 each year:  $ 9,000 per week
3:  The rest of the year, excluding Thanksgiving:  $ 6,000 per week

Category 3, above, can be a specific week, or the member may choose to have it be a “floating week”. This means that the member, upon paying his annual maintenance fee, may choose any open week for his vacation. Currently there are 65 open weeks, including 12 during the winter months. First come, first served.

SPECIAL WEEKS
(These are one-time charges!)

Christmas week is $14,000
New Year’s week is $17,500 [ because every fourth year, owner gets 2 weeks! ]
Thanksgiving week is $9,000

ANNUAL COSTS

                                    The maintenance fee for 2009 is $920.00. It includes taxes and insurance.

TRADE-IN PROGRAM

For $2,900, become a ‘Specific Week’ member. Pay annual maintenance fee.

Or, for $1,900, become a ‘Right to Use’ member.  Pay  NO MAINTENANCE FEES,  except in the year you wish to go there.

The membership is valid for 30 years of use of the club. It may be transferred to a friend or relative, without cost.

Affiliation with RCI

Membership includes the benefits of being part of the RCI family of 4,000+  worldwide resorts.
Our resort is in very high demand, which means our members can exchange their week for any other location in the world quite easily. They pay an exchange fee to RCI , currently $199, to go to another resort.
